This project was an un-mortgageable 3-bed mid-terraced house due to the fact that the kitchen and bathroom had been removed prior to purchase. This meant the property had to be bought cash. The rest of the property was equally rundown and in need of renovation.
We knocked through a wall in the kitchen to make better use of space in the hallway thus creating a larger kitchen with more storage. We knocked through the bathroom wall upstairs which had previously separated the bathroom from the toilet and made a large family bathroom. We then installed a new modern kitchen and bathroom, added a downstairs toilet and new décor throughout.
This created a beautiful family home decorated with neutral colour schemes to enable tenants to easily put their own stamp on the property their choice of furniture, without it clashing with the décor.
